Do I need to purchase licenses for shared mailboxes and SharePoint sites?

All SharePoint sites are already included in a CubeBackup license. You can back up as many SharePoint sites as you like without increasing the license cost. CubeBackup only charges for active backup users in your Microsoft 365 organization.

However, Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes are identified as normal accounts in CubeBackup and count as CubeBackup users. If you wish to protect these shared mailboxes in CubeBackup, please add them to the total number of backup accounts when you are ready to place your order.

EXAMPLE

For example, if you wish to back up 100 users, 20 SharePoint sites, and 10 shared mailboxes in Microsoft 365, a 110-user license will be sufficient.
