The pricing of CubeBackup is based on the number of backup accounts, not the total number of accounts in your Microsoft 365 organization.

For example, if there were 1000 accounts in your Microsoft 365 organization but you only wanted to back up 200, you would only need to pay for the 200 accounts that you wanted to protect.
