Several "googleapi: Error 403: The domain administrators have disabled Drive apps., domainPolicy" error messages were reported. What does this mean?
Even when the Google Drive Service is enabled for users, a Google Workspace domain administrator can still restrict users from making use of the Google Drive API. Please follow the instructions below to ensure Drive apps and API access is enabled for all users.
Solution
- Sign in to the Google Admin console.
- Click Home > Apps > Google Workspace. Make sure Drive and Docs are ON for everyone.
- Click Drive and Docs > Features and Applications. In the Drive SDK section, make sure that Allow users to access Google Drive with the Drive SDK API is ON.
